REFUND POLICY

At A Perfect Pout, we maintain a strict no-refund policy. This applies to all services provided and any deposits made.

 

Missed Appointments:
All deposits are forfeited for missed appointments.

 

Late Arrivals:
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late for their scheduled appointment will forfeit their deposit, and it is at the discretion of A Perfect Pout whether services can proceed.

 

Cancellations and Rescheduling:
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

 

 

Final Payments:
All monies exchanged for services are final and non-refundable, regardless of circumstances.

 

Discretion for Rebooking:
In cases of missed or late appointments or insufficient notice, rebooking services is at the sole discretion of A Perfect Pout.

 

By booking an appointment, clients agree to this refund policy and accept its terms in full.
