REFUND POLICY

At A Perfect Pout, we maintain a strict no-refund policy. This applies to all services provided and any deposits made.

 

Missed Appointments:
Missed appointments without 48 hours' notice, will forfeit your opportunity to re-book and any monies paid including your deposit. 

 

Late Arrivals:
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late for their scheduled appointment will forfeit their deposit, and it is at the discretion of A Perfect Pout whether services can proceed.

 

Cancellations and Rescheduling:
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. If you cancel without re-booking deposits are non - refundable. If 48 hours' notice is provided for rescheduling, your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment for the 1st occurrence only and additional rescheduling will require another deposit. 

 

Final Payments:
All monies exchanged for services are final and non-refundable, regardless of circumstances. Final services are to be paid via Zelle, Cash, or Cash app, unless utilizing Afterpay or Klarna for payment. 

 

Discretion for Rebooking:
In cases of missed or late appointments or insufficient notice, rebooking services is at the sole discretion of A Perfect Pout.

 

By booking an appointment, clients agree to this refund policy and accept its terms in full.
